  • Q.I have placed an order. When will I be billed for the subscription?

    A. The first payment will be charged upon placement of the first box. Subsequent payments will be charged on the 15th of each month.

    Q. My Thriver's address has changed. What should I do?

    A. You will have full access to your account and you will be able to update information.

    Q. Will my subscription automatically renew at the end of the subscription?

    A. You will have the option to renew subscription.
  • Q. When can I expect my first shipment?

    A. Monthly boxes are shipped on the 30th of each month. Boxes will arrive 3-5 business days after shipment. Look for an email from us with your tracking number.
  • Q. What is your cancellation policy?

    A. You may discontinue your subscription for the following month, however once your card has been charged, the current month's box is not refundable.

    Q. What if my Thriver passes away before their subscription is finished?

    A. In the unfortunate even that your Thriver passes away, you can stop the subscription. Requests for cancellations must be made before the 15th of the month to stop the next month's shipment. You will have the option to donate the remainder of the subscription to another Thriver "In Need" in Thriver's honor.

    Q. What is your Return Policy?

    A. Many of our offerings are personal use items and therefore we cannot offer returns or exchanges.
